Fed up of long drawn out summers when the rivers run dry? Not convinced about long, skinny and expensive sea kayaks? After almost three years in development, BLUEsky's RH340 rockhopping kayak has finally completed exhaustive testing. The RH340 has been designed with a bias toward close shore play (rock gardens, surf, overfalls) whilst retaining enough forward speed for trippin' and exploration. The RH340 can also be used as a "crossover" kayak: sea, lake, coaching, touring.
High impact ultra stiff Mettalatek moulded hull, fixed central fin, rear adjusting backstrap, front and rear triwall laminated foam pillars, adjustable pedal footrest, webbing grab loops, repair patch and unique security graphics. Small tracking fins can be purchased as an optional extra, these bolting into recesses moulded into the hull (the tracking fins assist straight line tracking as well as enhancing surf performance. SUITABLE FOR: Lakes rivers and estuaries for supervised beginners to intermediates
