Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you wish to open an account with us to enable you to take advantage of our offers/discounts please e-mail us for a password.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery of the majority of smaller items is by Royal Mail 1st class recorded signed for delivery.
International orders will be charged additional postage at cost.
Postal charges will be shown in the shopping cart on completion of your order as follows:
£3.95 P & P per order up to 1.5kg is applied.
£6.50 P & P per order from 1.51kg - 1.74kg
£8.50 P & P per order from 1.75kg - 2.25kg
£15.00 P & P per order from 2.26kg - 6.00kg

Delivery Schedule Goods are normally despatched within 7-14 working days. If delivery is not possible within this time you will be e-mailed giving you the option of putting the item(s) on backorder or cancelling.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of the date of despatch, with your receipt, providing it is in as new condition and still in its original packaging with all labels attached. Nothing in this guarantee will affect your legal rights. Returns postage costs will only be refunded for faulty goods. We strongly suggest you send items back to us via Royal Mail (recorded).

Important: Returns postage cost can only be refunded if a proof of postage is provided.
